I'd be very surprised if that was the case. They just rolled out the current web site a short time ago. I can't see them changing it again for several years.

I don't always hit up the WDWinfo site but it seems to be the same as its been for a few years to me?
DISboards changed at some point last year, as you mentioned.

I only have to wait till 9 AM Pacific. All the East Coasters have to wait till noon....
Yes, I realize it's essentially the same time, but mine comes first.

Has anyone noticed the announcement that the live shows won't be on Livestream anymore...?

Yes.
I know it's better to have us all in the same place, but it's going to be tough to keep up with everything that gets written now :-(

The LIvestream thing caught me by surprise. I never get to listen to the show live, or participate in chat, but I know that it's a large part of how people enjoy the show. I'm wondering how this is going to affect the "chateratti" as I've never seen a chat feature on YouTube.

Well I've popped into the YouTube chat and it flies, and I have watched a live stream event (a crossfit open event last year) and the chat was unreal. That was a few thousand people though, not a few hundred

Right now on Unplugged - Disneyland Michael Bowling stated that he's in Orlando now. Sounds like "Connecting With Walt" will be on video.
Hope this happens.

There is a chat feature while a video is live on youtube. so far it hasn't been bad but not a ton of chatters in it. we'll see what happens if everyone switches over. I'm thinking there might be some work blocks on youtube that some current livestream chatters don't have to deal with.

My understanding is that it will still be "live" on Youtube, just not Youtube and Livestream at the same time. I think the concern was you had some people chatting on Livestream and some chatting on Youtube, so now all the "chateratti" will be in the same place
