Speculation on when we'll get AKV sales info?

Curious on speculations on when we'll get sales info on AKV? If they open some rooms for Fall 2007 I would think sales should start soon. When I was down at WDW last week I was told most likely at the start of the new year. I am impatient to see some prices, point charts and room layouts! I'm really hoping they do a presale member discount! Anyone have any info? Is the rumor of the full 50 year contract still going around, too???

I spoke to my guide a couple of days ago. She said that nothing is official nor could she discuss anything because AKV's are not registered in Fla yet. She also said things could change before this happens. She didn't know when they would be registered.

I think it will be a 48 year contract, to coincide with SSR in 2054. We request that all AKV discussion and speculation be limited to this thread: AKV Thread
