And if you want to see it without the crowds, wait for the second one as about 40% of people leave after the first parade. The first parade is the ideal time to do rides like Splash Mountain and Big Thunder, as the queues drop off significantly.
As we're going in July this time we're assuming that there will be two showings of Spectro a few times during our trip and we're planning on attending the second for the reason Simon worship: ) mentions (don't you love those new smilies? ). We're also intending to do the same for Fantasmic.
At the moment, though, apart from a few things we've already booked (PSs, Discovery Cove, GF and PBH), I have a completely blank itinerary and it's driving me nuts! The July hours have been announced, but they're sure to change. At the moment Spectro is scheduled every night, but no 'two showings' evenings. I know from past experience that it isn't worth planning an itinerary based on last year's hours and showtimes because they're never the same. I'm also wondering whether the new EMH schedule will become a permanent fixture after the May test, which would also impact our plans significantly.

I was a bit puzzled as to why there was only one Spectro scheduled each night - I guess they will change it nearer the time based on hotel occupancy and theme park attendance. Hope they do - only me and my partner are going and since we are both 22, late nights are not a problem!
On the new after hours EMH schedule, the general feeling is that Disney won't be introducing them because they've announced E-nights for the whole summer.
At the moment our schedule just includes which days for which parks and few PSs based on the old EMH. We have a back up plan if Disney decide to introduce the new EMH.
