I ran a trail run aka mud run today, I'll round up to 60 with all the walking around after. I also did inventory at work yesterday for 7 hours on my feet climbing and walking. And getting blisters . Not sure how to calculate so I'll say two hours excercise??

Wow! Lots of big numbers from everyone this weekend. I had very little time yesterday, but managed to get in a quick run, 30 minutes total with warmup and cool down. Today was my long run day. 6.2 miles, 61 minutes. Then I walked 25 minutes. So 116 minutes for me total over the weekend. Brings me to 1317/1200.

As for my new goal, so far so good. 13k+ steps yesterday, 15k+ today.

Trivia Answer: R2-D2's name reportedly came from an experience George Lucas had while editing American Graffiti. The sound editor asked for "Reel 2, Dialogue Track 2," abbreviated R2D2. Lucas thought it was a great name and remembered it for Star Wars.

R2-D2 is also the subject of today's "Star Wars is Everywhere" file: last weekend, Japanese airline All Nippon Airways (ANA) unveiled its first R2-D2 Dreamliner. It also plans to roll out a BB-8 plane and another R2-D2 plane. Not only is the exterior painted, but the interior is themed, as are the cups and napkins. See pictures here.

No idea about R2's name. I did have some of his bulbs, my cousins father-in-law was an electrician or something on set. He also gave me t-shirts from different jobs, I had a couple Battle of the Network Stars that I wore in PE

Yesterday was a better day than I thought it would be. Got a 68 minute walk with DD and DDog and did my 30 minutes of abs and arms. Today I'm taking several pairs of pants in for alterations because I'm officially down a size!!! Woot!
