Specific VIP tour guide recommendation?

We have done the VIP tour at WDW twice. The first guide was ok and the second guide was very good. We are going to book another one for August. Any recommendations on guides you’ve liked? We are a party of 6, me, DH, my parents and our two daughters ages 10 and 12. We like to move at a pretty fast pace, get in lots of rides, and learn some Disney history along the way.
