Specific villa request at Bonnet Creek

I called earlier in the week to request building 5, fireworks view, the highest floor possible.

I have read that building 5 is a good one. Where is it located on the property? Is this a good request or should I call back and change to a more convenient location in regards to the pool, etc.?

I was impressed with how friendly and professional the staff were when I called. I'll take that as a good sign.

We leave in 6 days! I'm so excited!!!

I'm sure that someone will come along who knows which building number translates to the building names, as the resort map (https://www.wyndhamvacationresorts.com/ffr/resort/map.do) only lists the buildings by name.

It looks like the building labled Puerto de Leon is best oriented toward the lagoon at Epcot and also toward the Magic Kingdom - the main pool area is behind that building. Parts of Torre del Viento and Torre del Mar also orient in the same direction - there's a smaller pool area between those two buildings.

You can look at the resort from the satellite pictures on Google map by going to http://maps.google.com and typing in the address 9560 Via Encinas, Lake Buena Vista, FL‎. When you get to the map just click on the Satellite button and zoom in to look around. The pictures were taken during a construction phase but you'll be able to match up the buildings on the map with the buildings on Wyndham's drawing of the resort layout.

I found an old Bonnet Creek Resort map online that used numbers instead of names.

Main Building=Puerto de Leon
Building 1=Torre de la Tierra
Building 2=Torre del Viento
Building 3=Torre del Mar
Building 4=Torre del Cielo
Building 5=Torre de la Luna


In a clockwise ariel view with the Main Building being 12 o'clock, the buildings go #4, #5, construction, #3, #2, then #1.

We like Building 4=Torre del Cielo. It has great fireworks views from the parking lot side.

The new Lazy River Pool is out the back door of bldg #5... and it is also a short walk to the other Lazy River Pool behind the Lobby check in bldg. It is a hike to the pool with the slide and the mini golf area... that I will say....but I like to walk so it didn't bother me... it did bother my sister..she wished she drove
