Specific restaurant ?'s for using Connections voucher

I am planning our January trip so I can budget for food. I plan to get Connections vouchers for quite a few, but I need your opinion.

Kingdom Lunch Vouchers - getting Canada and Brown Derby.

Paying Straight Cash because the voucher costs more - Norway buffet for lunch and Crystal Palace for lunch.

Ok, this is what I need help with. We plan to eat at the Yorkshire Country Fish Shop in England for dinner and the Yakitori House in Japan. WILL I REALLY MAKE OUT BETTER USING THE VOUCHERS FOR THESE TWO? IF YOU HAVE USED THEM FOR THESE SPECIFIC REST., PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU GOT.

I come up about even but I'm not sure if you get a side order in Japan because the entrees already come with rice which I would consider a side dish.

None of the vouchers are good for dinner, just lunch.
(When you do your calculations, are you including tax and tip?)

Quick and Casuals are good for counter service lunch or dinner. Personally I don't think you'd really even be able to break even at the fish shop or in japan.
