Is there anywhere (website, guidebook, etc.) that lists each restaurant's menu and details which items are/are not on the dp?

Almost everything at all participating restaurants can be ordered on DDP. There are so few exceptions that they are difficult to keep track of. They are not designated on the restaurant menus.

Some restaurants update seasonally, as local produce changes, but for the most part, they are pretty accurate
