Specialty Grocery Stores

We are going to be at WDW for 10 nights with a group of 12. Plan to make good use of the kitchen.

Do any of you know of any specialty grocery stores in the area? Although I'm really looking for a good Italian store with good, homemade sauces, I'd be interesting in exploring others. Maybe a good bakery?
