Specialty Cake/Cruise/Private Dining??

We are looking into doing a specialty cruise on our upcoming trip to celebrate our 25th anniversary. When I spoke to WDW-PLAY to book it they told me I can add champagne, drinks, cake, & food through Private Dining. I'm wondering if anyone knows if they will make me a 2 tier specialty cake with the minnie mickey cake topper, like they do in yachtsman steakhouse? or even a mad hatter cake, which is my favorite?

Thanks. Also does anyone know what types of boats they are? CM mentioned that there is a "basic" boat that can take up to 8, or a larger boat for up to 12. TIA

It is a pontoon boat. I would worry about a tiered cake on a moving boat. I would worry about it toppling quite frankly. You can still put a topper on a single tier though and it will be lovely!
