Specials for add-ons at WDW?

I know that certain sales locations, like in Chicago or Disneyland, have additional incentives beyond what a guide over the phone can offer. I am going to WDW next week and am looking at adding on at AKV. I was wondering if WDW offered any of the special promotions beyond the current incentives (like APs) as at the non-WDW locations.

This is getting to be a really sore subject with the guides based there as they get calls all the time asking why people buying at the Chicago store or DLR get better incentives.

I can understand the frustration! It is sometimes hard to swallow why I in Kentucky don't get extras because I'm not in Chicago. I'm forking over the same money as everyone else. But, not that it is the guide's fault. I'm sure it comes down from DVC bosses who have little to no contact with actual members.

we closed last week in chicago, and as far as i know, the incentives were the same as everywhere else. we only got 2 small additional perks that were offered up only, not a really big deal, but nice.

What other incentives are those going through d2d or DL getting aside from DL buyers getting Founding Member status for GCV? Thanks!

Also, can you not purchase over the phone from d2d or DL and get what ever incentives they are offering?
