speciality cakes available at Universal?

Is it possible to order a speciality cake at Universial? My daughter is a huge Harry Potter fan and we are going to celebrate her grade 8 graduation and I though this would be a great surprise.

Not having a party just wondered if I could order a special cake to have at our dinner. Had not settled on a place for dinner I thought if there was a restaurant that did cakes we could eat there.

I'm not sure if any of the park restaurants do that but the hotel restaurants might. I don't stay at the hotels and am not sure what would be involved but someone who knows more about the hotels will come along.
