Hi I need cheap ideas on treat bags. I do up a few for special children at halloween.DD16

ect, ect, ect, ect
I have been making ginger cookie cut out decorated in icing for years, so they all get one.(Thats one thing my mother looks forward for every year)

Do you have a sample section at your local drug store? Somewhere where you can get little items like hand cream, and chapstick several for a buck. Or how about a couple little packs of gum and mints.
