My twins will turn 18 when we are at Universal during the busy Christmas week. One is a big Harry Potter fan. Looking for suggestions on things to do, places to go or places to eat to make their birthday even more memorable? We are staying at one of the deluxe hotels, so we have the early entry and express passes.
