This is a little bit simpler idea than some of the others,but what about a Horse and Buggy ride at POR or SSR? It is very relaxing and pretty (do it at sunset) and afterwards if you were at POR could grab some wonderful dessert at the bakery there or either place go enjoy the arcade afterwards. The buggy ride with our DD a few years ago is one of our best memories.

I am thinking about this as well (you must have read my mind ). We are staying at POR, so it would be something they could do but be close enough that if anything happened, mom and I would be nearby.
