Special Requests for room..

If I am looking at my reservation online. Should I be able to see any special requests made or celebrations noted? Or is that only visible to the cast members on their end? I requested a particular building ( I know it's not a guarantee) and it's my daughters 1st visit. I'm most concerned about being in the particular building at our resort.

I have never been able to see my requests online. For peace of mind, I always call the main reservations line about a week out and ask the phone CM to read me back any room requests or celebrations noted on my reservation. They've always been there, but if not you can have them add any right then.

You can see the room type such as Riverview but you wont see any special requests.
