Has anyone used the agency through wdwmagic.com? They have a special rate of $109/night standard view for the last 5 nights of our trip October 9-14 and I jumped on it, now I'm wondering about their reputation.
They also were running specials on All-Star Movies, can't remember the price. I wish that they would also include POR in these specials for our first five nights.
Any input is greatly appreciated.;)

It's a good price, I usually go during value season at the end of Aug and two years in a row with an AP rate one year and a code for anyone last year, I got a King in CBR for 109.00 (that included taxes). The waterview and King are the same price. I'd take it, its a good rate.

I, too, have a rate of $109 at CBR for Oct 13-17. I got mine in response to an email I sent regarding my inability to get a comeback rate (front desk said it wasn't available) during a stay in February.

Yes, I agree about the small print...not too great.
However, I am willing to lose $9.75 cancellation fee anytime before 30 days out, which is September 9 for us. If Disney decides to release AP rates after September 9, then I'm out $200 if I would cancel, Which I wouldn't do because the difference wouldn't amount to $200.
I still don't have any reservations for the first five nights of our trip, 10/4-10/9. I'm still counting on Disney coming through for their loyal AP's. :)
