Special order at CS

Is it possible to make a special order at a counter service restaurant? Like at Peos bills, what if I don't want bean on my Nachos. Is that a big deal?

It probably depends on the item, but mostly it's probably pretty easy. I've ordered burgers with no cheese fairly often and it's never been an issue.
