Special Offers page not working?

Am I the only one who can't access the Special Offers page on the Disney website? (https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/special-offers/)

I have been trying for weeks, but all I get is this message:

Server Is Busy
Sorry, but the server is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or scheduled downtime. Please try again later.

I have tried loading it on Chrome, Firefox, IE...on my computer at home, on DH's computer, my sister's computer...at work. And nothing!

The rest of the website is pretty glitchy but at least I can get it to work on and off. But the special offers page just won't work.

I was hoping to see if there's anything available for free dining and see what dates could work for me, but I have no idea how to do that without being able to access the special offers page. Other than calling, that is, which I refuse to do for now considering it's a very expensive international call and they always leave me on hold for at least 20 min. Not worth it just to see what's available and what the cost will be.

I've referenced the special offers page twice today (about to book an AP special room) and it worked fine for me.

Your links work. Try clearing your history and cache on your browser. That usually fix it.

It must be just me then. I have tried clearing the cache and cookies. I even tried using a US proxy because I started to think it might have something to do with being outside the US, but no luck. I guess I'll just keep trying...

In fact I found this forum just because I googled "special offers disney server busy".

I'm trying to connect to special offers page for almost a month but without success.

Sometimes when I click in special offers they redirect me to the UK site that by the way is having the free dining plan offer.

I'm from Brazil and maybe because we already have a brazilian website they are not giving me access to the US offers.

The US website is for america and canada maybe that's why the others are not having such problems.

Any ideas in how to proceed?

I'm from Brazil too. I kept trying different things to see if I could get the page to work and I was able to find the link to the free dining offer, and that one works: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/special-offers/resort-stay-dining/

However, when I click check availability, the pop up that opens is all glitchy, which is never a good sign. I can search for rooms, but I don't think it's taking free dining into consideration at all. Either that or it's all gone.

I'm pretty tired of how horribly the Disney website works. My sister booked everything through the website and has been trying to pick her FP+ for each day, and some days it's a nightmare to do anything on that website. If you can do anything at all. Some days it works fine, slow, but fine.

I think I'll end up staying offsite, that might end up being better and cheaper.

This link opened easily on my ipad. This offer is for 2014 and it's the same that is announced at the brazilian website.

I'm looking for 2015 offers...

I´m from Brazil too, and i got the same error as you. "Server Busy".

I´ve booked my trip using a proxy to open the US site. I´ve tried 3 different proxys to get one working.

A easy way to see if you are on the USA site is that there is no "International Version" label on the left down side of the site.
