Special Offer Ticket Prices on DL Website

On the ticket price section of Disneyland's website, they have a Special Offer section that has park hopper passes for a little cheaper than the "regular" price, but those prices are only valid from June 19th to October 1st.

Does anyone know if this date range changes? If I wait another month or two, will that date range change to Aug 1 to Nov 30 (for example)? I'm going in November and I'm wondering if this special offer will ever apply to the time I'm going.

The dates may change, this happens occasionally. However more likely is a new special offer will come out after the current one.

Even if the dates change, or a new offer is released, I would expect there would be block out dates around the Thanksgiving weekend.
