We received some extra pixie dust in the mail, but I have a question. The special offer is for select dates through 5/31. We wouldn't be going until 5/28. Can we use the special offer for the dates it would apply and then pay regular price for the dates past 5/31, or would our trip have to be finished on or before 5/31? Any advice would be appreciated!

If it is a special offer for a package, then the promotional rate will apply for your entire stay as long as you check in on 5/31 or earlier.

If it is a special room-only rate, then the room discount will apply to the days from check-in through the night of 5/31. All of the rest of the nights will be at the rack rate, but you will not have to check out on 6/1 and check back in.

Ohh, THANK YOU! I will have to investigate this more. We are trying to plan a family trip, and are a family of 5.. DD will be 13 at time of trip, DS will be 4, and DS will be 1.5. So, as you can imagine, it adds up, but we're trying to make it work! Thanks again for the tip. I have been trying to do the live chat on the Disney site for 2 days now, and it's down and telling me to call. No biggie, except that my kids want to talk to me as soon as I get on the phone, ha ha!
