Special occasion - ideas for what to do?

My eldest will celebrate his 8th birthday on our last evening of our first ever trip to WDW. I would love some suggestions of special ways to spend the evening...... (We only have a quick counter service DP but are happy to pay for a meal). Many thanks.....

My DD will be turning 7 on our trip and we are planning to do CRT (which may not appeal to your son) and to get her a Kitchen Sink from Beaches and Cream that night (which may appeal to your son ). Planning to do the Wishes Dessert Party the following night, which will be the last night of our trip. We have done the dessert party before and the kids loved it.
