Special Occasion extra miles?

So, I called Coral Reef and booked the diver and requested the personalized menu for mine & DH's Anniversary. I think this is so neat and hoping to keep it a surprise.

I'm curious, anyone else have a cool and free special occasion meal tip, especially for anniversaries? I know about cupcakes and buttons, but what about other things? TIA

For my ds b-day he got chocolate wave and ice cream and the wave said happy birthday. I’m sure they do the same thing for anniversaries. He also got personalized menu.

What is the diver and personalized menu deal all about? We're going to the CR for the first time in November.

I'm heading off to my disneymoon soon. I'm not dining at Coral reef, but I figure that the procedure for the personalized menus must be uniform throughout WDW. We are dining at Narcoosees and I hear they do personalized menus too, which would be a great treat for my fiancee. Did you call wdw-dine to arrange this??

Call the restraunt you are dining at directly. They'll ask for your ressie # and such.

The diver at CR will hold a sign up in the aquarium with your message. The personalized menus have names and pics you email. Hope that helps.
