Special Needs Children

I was wondering if any of you guys know how to obtain a special needs pass prior to the arrival of our trip next month. I will be traveling with my nephew who is autistic and has a limited ability to stand in long ques. We have no problems waiting in line for our turn, but would like to be able to keep him busy while we are waiting then let him join us prior to joining the ride. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
