Special Linens

Does anyone know about how much extra it is for special table settings? I really like the Cinderella setting but I don't know how much that will jack up the cost.

Did you check on wishbook for prices? I know they are not always right but it might help.

I'm doing the cinderella tables...but not as they are show in the wish book. The table in the wishbook has several layers of really nice linens...that's what makes the cost so high. So, we are using the white table cloths already provided, they are still very nice, and then adding the ice blue linen on top and having it swagged. So still the same effect, just much cheaper. So use the wish book as a guide, there are ways to make the options cheaper!

That sounds beautiful...how do they swag it? Do they have to add a flower or can it be plain? Do you mind me asking the price of the swag linen per table?

Just for reference I think disney charges 1-5 $ per up graded napkin depending on material an or ribbon tied around napkin and 5-20 per charger! Votives are a couple bucks each and you can expect to pay in the $400 range for a floral centerpiece like the one on Disney's site. Chair covers range from 8-15$ and you can upgrade chivari chairs for around $ 15. I think the "tables"in the wishbook are more for refernce. I mean I am sure you could have that table for like $800 a table but it is my understanding that everything from disney floral is billed ala carte. I could be wrong though...those tables are sure beautiful!

Yeah they really are beautiful - i want something in ivory and gold to go with my theme though - didnt notice any on there.

The ice blue linen is $38 per table...then and additional $16 to have it swagged at 4 points, I don't have a pic, sorry. It will just gather the fabric in a sweep if that makes sense, that way it will stand out more. We're not doing charger plates, they were just too much. But the china at the GF is really nice and we don't think people will notice if there is not a charger. We're also using the frosted ice buckets, we save on price because we're using those at the pavilion then taking them to the GF. It's just a matter of talking to them and seeing what is already provided at your reception location that you can already use, then just add to, in order to make it cheaper. Good luck!!!

Glassslipper- that sounds beautiful...and everything at the GF is beautiful as is you really do not need too add much.

Laurafoster- It is my understanding that disney has MANY different colors and fabrics I believe they actually use a private linen company so I believe you should be able to find what you are looking for, Actually we are doing gold as well. Probably gold overlay and probably napkins!
