"Special Itinery Sailing Questions"

I booked for 10/2- 7 day, which happens to be a special sailing going to Antiqua. Here are my questions (if anyone would know the answer)

* Is the dinner happenings the same (meaning- formal night is Sunday (i think), etc)?

* When do the excursions become available thru disney?

Thanx...Already starting to plan my days and I'm only going in October!

were doing a "special" sailing also in August, instead of St. Maarten we are stopping in San Juan, they haven't come out with the info on that port either.

Disney has not yet announced the shore excursions that will be available. They waited until shortly before the 60-day mark before the inaugural Western Caribbean sailing before announcing the excursions for that itinerary.

Most cruise lines offer variations of the same excursions at common ports. The excursions are actually operated by third-party vendors onshore rather than by the cruise line, and they contract their services to most of the cruise lines.

So... you could check other cruise lines' web sites to get an idea of what may be offered. Or you could buy the new PassPorter guide (which is due out next month). Jennifer and Dave did the homework I just described and have a nice summary about San Juan, Antigua, and St. Lucia.

Hi Videoman -- Why not join us on our 10/2/04 thread in the Cruise Meets section of this board? You'll find it at the top of the board. We are also looking forward to the Antigua excursions, but I don't think they will come out until 60 days before we leave. Happy sailing!
