Our son eloped a few weeks ago. We did not know about the wedding and had only met his wife twice before the big day. (It was a :sad1:   time for us. We have since met his new wife a couple of more times and have accepted their decision although it still :worried: stings.) Anyhow.....

Our family is planning a trip to WDW in March, the whole family including the new bride and groom. We want to do something special for them while we are there being that we didn't get to celebrate their wedding. We are looking for ideas from all of you. There will be 8 of us including a 5 yr old and a 3 yr old. I thought of maybe one of the special cruises but haven't really seen anything about them. Are there any other ideas that you can suggest?

Thanks for your help!

I think with a party of 8, you'd be able to book the Grand Gatherings. I've never done it, but I know there are several specialty events you can book going this way. I know allears net has some info on it.

If you want it to be really special you can arranging a private dining event with the GF!
They can set up a table in the Marina and you can choose the menu yourself, you can pay extra to have the wishes music piped in! I know lots of people have done this for anniversaries etc!
