Noticed that TSM has a special GAD FP machine. Do all the rides have special machines? Just wondering if I have to look for a certain line when I am there?
Yes, all the "Donald" and "Daisy" rides have special Fast Pass Exchange Card machines, as far as I know. All the rides I visited had them. These give the special "instant" fastpasses, and also remain available even when the other FP machines have distributed all passes for the day.
Here is a photo of the special machine at TSM, after the rest have closed for the day:
You can use any FP machine if you have the GAD FP card, but if all regular FPs are gone for that ride for the day, there will be one machine designated for GAD FP cardholders only. All others will be covered up.
Right, they aren't so much "special" as they just leave one particular kiosk open and available for the GAD FPXC usage. Usually...sometimes they will just close all of them, and you need to ask a CM for the Fastpass.

??? For TSM do you stand in one line with everyone trying to get a regular Fast Pass to get the GAD Fast Pass or are there two different lines? From pictures I have seen about the TSM Fast Pass line is one line where you go to the next available open machine, is that correct?
Two years ago it was frustrating trying to get a Fast Pass as soon as the park opened. There was a separate line for each machine and one CM. And the machines kept breaking down. It took over 40 min. to get a Fast Pass. You stood there just watching the return times change to later and later times. I could have riden the ride with my family twice during the same amount of time trying to get the pass. Oh well, hind-sight is 20-20.

If general FPs are available, you stand in line with everyone else - there is not a special line for GAD people. The "special" kiosk is only when general FPs are exhausted for the day and they cover the rest of the machines up. But the lines are longest immediately after rope drop. And you don't need to use your FPXCs then - save them for later in the day when you can use them to get instant FPs when no one else can get them at all. If you get there at rope drop and want to ride right away, just get in the standby line.
Such is life at TSM - the most popular ride and a limited number of FPs...
