Special fast pass for birthday off 3 day hopper?

Its my DDs birthday April 17 - our last day at DLR. Is it true if you already have a 3-day hopper you can "trade" the birthday day in for disney dollars equivalent of one day admission OR a special fast pass? If so, anyone have info on this special fast pass?

Yes, it's true. There are 2 different fastpasses that are available giving you access to different rides. No one really knows much about them because we have all figured out it's a much better deal to just go with the Fun Card so you can buy yourself something nice in the parks.

We were just there and the deal for our youngster was she could get four fastpasses (and so could we). However, that day the only rides that were issuing fast passes were Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Roger Rabbit and one other one. Given her age and the complete lack of lines, we opted for the fun card. I have no regrets! We had no problem getting regular fast passes for the rides that were offering them and the stand by waits were really short too.
