Reminds me of some of the special events at the Food & Wine Festival.

They offered this during the 2024 F&W festival as well as it got good reviews. I've yet to try but want to. By all accounts, they run good events.

I would so much like to attend this event! Just don't quite have the time for the 7 to 8 hour drive to Central Florida.

Does anyone remember a F&W event called Culinary Adventures in Signature Dining? I know it was held at a bunch of Signature restaurants (Cali Grill, Jiko, V&A)?

We went to the one at V&A a couple of times, it was so good but super long (almost 6 hours but that was because the chef would explain the food and a person from the chosen vineyard would explain wine) I would do that again in a heartbeat

We did the Highway in Sky Dine Around! So good and fun!!! Started at the Wave, then to Poly and finally to Citricos for main course.

The first course includes an appetizer and cocktail at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. More appetizers and drinks follow at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Next, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort offers champagne, cheeses, and charcuterie prior to the main course at Citricos. Return to the Contemporary Resort for desserts, cordials, and coffee and an exclusive viewing location for the Magic Kingdom fireworks!

Wish they would bring back all the seminars and stuff, me and my wife loved all the extra things F&W used to have. We went this past Sept of 24 and wasn’t happy at all, decided we won’t return for any future F&W festivals until they hopefully make some changes
