Special Easter Meal Offerings?

Has anyone done anything special for Easter dinner? Do any of the restaurants offer something different or special?

We have reservations for the HDDR --- We are staying away from the crowds at the park. We plan on having a nice relaxing day at the resort.

Not sure how relaxing a day you will have at your resort on Easter Sunday. We were down Easter week two years ago staying at All Star Sports. Easter Sunday we had lunch at WCC at the WL. We were not planning on going into the park that day. We headed back to our hotel to enjoy the pool. Well let me tell you - we lasted about an hour. It was completely packed that you could not even move around in the pool. There were no chairs to be found. We ended up heading to MGM (around 4:00) and caught Lights, Motor Action. We hit some rides after that and then caught the first showing of Fantasmic (we waited a long time to get in but we did and we brought food in with us).

We left after Fantasmic (we had our own car) got back to the parking lot of our hotel and I said, MK has EMH - why don't we go there. We got there around 11:00pm and stayed until 3:00 in the morning. It was great. We rode Splash Mountain at least 4 times without even having to get off. Walking down Main Street at 3:00am is definately a wonderful experience.

Yeah I understand - Its hard to enjoy the pool after lunch on any given day let alone a holiday. We have been there for 2 Easter's and both during Spring Break when its been extremely crowded. We get up and head down to Community Hall at Old Key West about 8am for the Easter Egg Hunt (Kids are teens now, but we enjoy watching, it adds magic to the day) and we stay at the pool have lunch and head back to the room.

We usually rest (I nap) for about an hour and then head to do something different - Ride the monorail - walk around Broadwalk or catch a round of mini-golf.

Thanks Bob. Last time I checked allears.net they were still showing Easter 2007. I appreciate the heads up
