Just FYI, I was told by the Holiday Inn Family Suites, which is participating in this lottery promotion, that it's supposed to be for locals, i.e. Florida residents.

Just didn't want anyone to show up at check-in and be disappointed!

There is no wording in the promotion that states the HIFS offer has any regional limitations. It says ANYONE presenting a non-winning FLA USA ticket is eligable.
