special dessert order for CRT?

So I have read about people ordering special desserts like the chocolate slipper or a special cake??? I am wondering about ordering a special dessert for my kids one night ~ maybe the night we are at CRT. Does it have to be a birthday or can it be for anything in particular and is there a different phone number I call to order/pay for it? Is there info. online somewhere about this or??
This is our first ever family vacation and even though it isn't the kids birthdays I would like to surprise them with a special treat. We are on the DPP and the extra cost doesn't matter.

There is no official list or info anywhere online about special desserts. There's just what you read around here on the DIS!
