Special delivery to room for birthday

Hi guys,

I'm heading to the World on Sept 26th and I've forgotten how to arrange a special delivery to the room for a birthday.

I'm staying at the Poly which I"ve done before and they were really great about having a little cake, a stuffed Minnie and some balloons with a signed card waiting for us. Problem is, I just called the Poly and this cast member was truly clueless.

She said they do not arrange for any stuffed MInnie's but could do a balloon or two.

CAn anyone help? This cast member suggested the Disney Florist but when I went on thier website, there was nothing to describe what I was looking for.

For my two girls (birthdays in October), we want a stuffed Minnie, some balloons and a signed card.

Please Help.

The florist can do custom baskets, you might just need to call or e-mail them. If you want to try and go through the resort, you might want to ask for the lobby concierge desk (formerly guest services). They will probably need to take your credit card information to place your order.

We're staying at the BCV in 2 weeks and I had to make a few calls for a cake (our anniversary). I ended up with the bakery at Yacht & Beach club. I would call the Poly and ask for dining / room service - you should be able to get a cake that way. We're getting the 'infamous' mickey shaped cake - can't wait !

You could try the disney florist, or a boardie does excellent baskets, and she customizes as well.
