Special Birthay Dinner (outside Disney parks)

We are headed to Orlando for a Universal Vacation this coming week (April 26th-May 1st) It will be DD's 15th Birthday on Sunday so I want to take her out to dinner somewhere. Anyone know of a good choice that does something special for the Birthday guest like Cake and singing. Does T Rex or Rain Forest do anything awesome for the Bday guest? What are some other options?? Please nothing inside Disney parks as we will not have tickets to Disney (Downtown Disney and Disney resorts are ok though).

For fun and lots of interaction and they will sing and do a cake try Kobe's Steakhouse...you will sit with other folks and with a little luck they will get into the birthday spirit.
If you like Mexican and want a small nice place that will sing happy birthday and make a big fuss try Vallarta on 525 (Apopka Vineland Road just outside far east end of Disney). Go left or north about a mile or so fro Disney Exit off "Hotel Boulevard" and on your right will be a little mall with a Giordono's Pizza and the Vallarta is just next door. Tell them about the birthday and I think they will treat you well!!
