That is awesome!! Both my kids are on a little league 'challenger' division. My dd just turned 6 and is in a wheel chair-she has cp also, and my ds will be 8 and has adhd. I signed them up last year so they only have one season under their belt, but I just went to a meeting last night for our upcoming season. It is a great program, the kids love it. There were a lot of new comers last year, (the team actually doubled!!) But the program was started 12 yrs ago by a dad who had a vision for his son to play baseball. There are these wonderful older kids now who are still on the team and great roll models for the younger kids. If you want, pm or email me and we can talk, I can tell you what we have done, and if there are any questions you have, I will talk with our coach. Who happens to be a very good friend, and has had her son playing for several years so she is a seasoned parent!
whoo hoo!!!
