Special and unique dining experience?

I have a Via Napoli ADR in late September. It was earlier than I wanted, so I just went in to try to modify it and found a later time. But MDE said that this would change it to a "special and unique dining experience," but it didn't specify what that entails. I went ahead and confirmed, but I still don't know what I'm getting into. Does anyone know?

If it’s during the food and wine festival, it might be that you’re moving into the times that are reserved for the eat to the beat concert reservations.

For anyone who cares, I just did an online chat with Disney dining. Apparently that just refers to the "theme" of the restaurant - other themes are casual dining, fine dining, character dining, etc. I didn't know why changing the time would make it a "special and unique" experience, but I guess I was overthinking it.
