Bob, I will be celebrating with ya on March 22, We have tickets to Cirq Jungle Dreams.

Sorry I didn't get to explain PI day:lmao:

Got home late yesterday, Lots of OT but too much work it is getting to me. I need a vacation.

Up early to drive to Ft Collins, really nice 5K race, did ok, 30:40, very cold, at least it did not snow.

After the race drove home and hit the local Home and Garden SHow, Still a little bit o landscaping to do this year. Gotta finish up the space between the barn and house. Looks like rocks will be in order. No trees or grass.

Then finished trim on the top of the Bathroom Cabinets, BIG DONE STAMP ON THE BATHROOM, and finished hanging the drywall in the North Bed room, will tape and 1st coat of mud tomorrow morn.

I cooked some burgers for dinner tonight, saute some peppers and onions. Will post pics later. Photo bucket is acting up with IE.

Sorry about the size but Photo Bucket is being a pain. Had to use Firefox to edit.

Scott: My drywall tools are clattering in their bin for a little action. Project looks great.

Sunny now, high of 40. We're getting Scott's weather later - rain/sleet tomorrow. Snow on Tuesday. We have 3 deer trimming the arbor vitaes out back.

I'm going to look at getting the grill out of 'snowdrift storage' today. :scared: I really need some grilled food (one of the major WI food groups). Grilled turkey for Easter.

Have a good one everybody!

Bill, bring those tool on out.

Being lazy today, not working on basement, got dinner guests tonight so I am cooking.

Good Evening Cruisers! :wizard:

Scott: The bathroom looks great! Did you just buy a shell of a house and are doing the whole inside yourself???? Geez! You put Tim Taylor to shame... :lmao:

Bob: No comment?? :scared1: whats the matter are you sick?? You're not getting to be an OLD fart are you??? :lmao: :rotfl:

Elaine: congrats on the winning streak... you need to play the lottery quick!!!

Leslie, nope not a shell, just putting the sweat equity into the basement. RRRUH!!!!

The bar area will be an Adventure Club theme wher we can put our collection of ecletic stuff.

We do have a neighbor and all I have ever seen is the top of his head over the fence. LOL

Sorry I didn't get to explain PI day:lmao:

PI DAY-Yeah, I've always been kinda fascinated with numbers. Love math. (I know...MATH SUX)

March 22nd. Hmmmm. I can handle that.
After I ruled out National Bavarian Crepes Day, I think I know what you are referring to.
But, don't forget the following monday. :goodvibes
And I don't mean Harry Houdini's Birthday either.:lmao:

Have a great week. And ooooh. I got post 1000.

After seeing Leslie & Joe and Scott & Lynn's renovation projects...Mom and I were inspired to tackle our own renovation project.

Over the past week Mom and I transformed our spare bedroom formerly known as "the Mickey Room" into a storage room/office. We assembled 4 wardrobe units and 3 wall units and put them along the walls in the room and then put our desk back in the room. Mom and I are pleased with the results and here's a picture of our hard work....

...and while we were cleaning out the room....I found my "little" collection of 131 antenna toppers....I think I have a topper for every possible holiday....except New Years Day

HAVE A HAPPY ST PATTY'S DAY EVERYONE

Elaine, it looks like you had the luck of the Irish a few days early!
Congratulations!!! :goodvibes Great project too!

Scott, great pics.

Julie... enjoy the parade!

Happy St Pats Day to all,

Elaine good job you all did, Lynn will be envious of you topper collection

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Elaine, I have several of the same ones that you have, but my collection is much smaller. They all live in my car, and I change them at least once a month, this month will get 2 changes, after today I will take off the St. Pats day one and put on the Easter one for a couple of weeks. For New Years, I use the one with the gold ears, it is the closest I can come to that.

We have not even thought about fish extender gifts yet. We will get to that later.
