I will be happy to still do a scrapbooking thing on this cruise. I already warned my CM buddies that I would be doing it. I had 78 last time! Way too many at once.

Anyway, I'm trying to figure out what exactly to do and will come up with a plan shortly. With airline restrictions with baggage and shipping costs I have to refigure my plan of action.

I'm still planning on doing the mini nav too.

I don't have much free time to be on the boards right now, but I'll check back in. I'm gone all next week on business and trying to get budgets done and financial reports before I leave.

Why don't you give us a simple list of things to bring along if we want to do the scrapbooking with you. That way you don't go to all the expense and all of the shipping!!!

Yep. They were a lot of fun on the 11 night and EB Repo cruises.
I think that the picture you are referring to was taken by Linda on the Med Repo.
I could be wrong, but I am sure that is the one that you are talking about.
I guess Elaine could possibly have a copy.

Has anyone done Stuarts Cove? The two 13yo in our group are in Scuba camp this week with the hopes that they pass the test on Friday! They are loving it! Both DH's are already certified and want to take the boys on a private dive while in the Bahamas. Someone recommended booking private over the Disney excursion. Anyone ever done this?

We did Stuart Cove's many years ago, on one of our first cruises - my story that goes with that Scuba Excursion - the shuttle was leaving for the cruise dock, so we grabbed all our stuff out of the rinse tanks and ran to catch it, but I left a wetsuit in the rinse tank. I spent the rest of the night trying to get ahold of Michelle Cove (she had gone out for the night), finally reached her after about 4 ship to shore phone calls, and made arrangements for her to ship my wetsuit home to me. The diving was good, they picked us up at the cruise dock, and brought us back to the cruise dock. I would recommend them.

Linda - OR (IF YOU HAD TIME) you put stuff together for everyone, ship it to them, CHARGING FOR SHIPPING AND MATERIALS, and have each person bring the stuff to the ship. That would probably make your class smaller, as might Leslies idea, and put the responsibility on each person wanting to participate to make sure they had what they needed. Just another idea to make it somewhat more managable for you, I know you go thru ALOT of work, and expense, to put one of these on.

Your parents can still be included in the name badges. The badge holders provide a great place to carry your room key card.

I thought I would call today and see if there was anything left for our precruise stay. I got a 2 bedroom at VWL! I couldn't beleive it and I am so excited that I can hardly stand it! That is our favorite (next to HHI, of course!) and is just going to start our trip off perfectly!! Now I gotta cancel the hotel we booked!!

I just learned this from the owner of my company.

She and her husband went on a vacation recently to the Bahamas. Without thinking anything about it they brought their I phones. When they received their next bill they learned that the I phone checks for new e-mails on a regular basis. All of these e-mail check showed up as overseas roaming charges. I don't know how much exactly it was but it was an obscene amount.

So the moral is, if you have an I phone, don't bring it on the boat or turn it off.

I have an iphone and you can set the email to check for new mail only when you tell it to. This is the setting I use all the time and have never had any problems.

We can each bring any corners adhesive squares, etc. (what Leslie said!)

Just factor the shipping costs into the cost of the supplies for your pages, etc, and get a head count for the class, plus a few extra. Shoot, people play bingo on board and pay for cards! With scrapbooking, we're all getting something to show for the class. Everyone is a winner!

A thought... maybe the navigators can be e-mailed, and everyone can print out their own? Paper weighs a TON to mail. I know it wouldn't be the same, and you do such a GREAT job with these, but soooo much of the burden has been on your shoulders.

Good Morning
Gorgeous morning here in the heartland. Great morning to just sit out and watch the world go by.
It looks like it will be a laid-back day. Just a few chores.
"The Taste" is tonight. That is one of those street fairs where restaurants have a sampling of their menus. Should be a good time.

We are starting to give some thought about packing. We will do one bad each.
That should be easy since we won't have the formal clothes
and we are just taking simple stuff for pirate night.

Did find the Bubba Mug. Don't know if there will be room.

Love Hilton Head. Lots to do there. Good food too.
No Disney Characters at the resort though.
They do have Blu Crab (no e) and Shadow, the un-official mascot.

We had a great time there. May go back soon.
