Special 9/1/08 Cruise Continued - Part 3

I've got to run into work for a little bit, then come home and finish getting some last minute things done for the trip. For those who are leaving today, safe travels!!!

We have taken Bonine on every cruise we have gone on and have never opened one package yet. In fact, we have thrown out a couple boxes of Bonine unopened, because they went past the expiration date. I hope this trend continues with this sailing!!!

Next time, send those unopened boxes my way! I need to take it every morning at the parks, just so I can get through some of the rides!!!!

Hope everyone has safe travels....as others have posted, it is simply hotter than H-E-double hockey sticks here. But, a good time is being had no matter what!!!!

We may not make the meet tonite. We found out quickly that rushing around with Merrick does not a happy boy make! But we will see how the afternoon goes. Haven't yet run into Peter or Jenn....can't figure that one out....it isn't like there are thousands of people staying at the BWV!

Just one last indulgence....I have to post this picture of Merrick getting his first haircut at MK on the 28th.....

Still have to finish packing and making my door signs. Tomorrow is my "spa day" to get all ready for vacation!

We were concerned before the Panama cruise about who we would be seated at dinner with.
We had not had much luck with past cruises even though our 2004 dinner mates were cool.
But, we were so pleased with our dinner mates on the PC cruise.
You all made it so much more enjoyable.

Pets fed.
Dog walked.
Trip to Meijer for a few items.
To the bank for some cash. (the Bacardi store sounds intriguing)
We will take Belle to the vet to hang out with the other pound puppies.
Should be set.
We will go to Indy for the day tomorrow before our flight Monday morning.
Cheeseburger in Paradise.

SCOTT--3 O'clock yesterday I got to slide down that tail.
Some folks at work are glad. Something to do with my music.
I finally took pity yesterday and used earphones.

I did arrive at work yesterday with a copy of the weather map on my desk with the storms highlighted and arrows added, all pointed toward the Bahamas.

But after arriving home, we headed out to the Fish Fry at my old high school.
I love fish fries. It was a perfect way to start vacation.

YEP! Now I am ON VACATION.

Well, my bad, if I knew my MD geography, I'd have figured that out! Have you ever tried jetBlue? My DH is 6'4" and they have the best leg room for us folks who have to travel coach.

We have used Jet Blue, but our frequent flyer status with United gives us economy plus for free so our loyality is to them since the fares are about the same.

based on that, looks like they had a rough sleep, the winds were very strong through the night according to tracking.

Just talked to Laura and she said it was sunny but some chop....not to bad right now. Said she is ready for some fresh blood on the ship!! Said alot of people are sick with allergies....sneezing and runny noses.

My mother in law just called and informed me that she upgraded us to first class flight for our second leg of the flight from Philly to MCO tomorow.. I am super excited!! I have only flown first class one time when i was a kid!

Can we carry on the wine (for the room tour) or do liquids have to be packed. I don't want to have a broken bottle of wine in my luggage!

DD11 went to Ireland this summer w/grandma and they went FC-it's going to be a BIG let down the next time she flies with us!
