Safe Travels Elaine and Margaret.

Everyone's trees look great!

I like snow too, just not on the roads or anywhere I would have to shovel..
:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I got a Christmas card today that said "can't wait to see ya in September" but it wasn't signed by anyone! It must be this cruise group because this is my only September cruise planned. Who could it be???? :confused3 :confused3

Hmmm.:confused3
I can see how that could happen.
Especially if a person was overcome by christmas shopping:scared1:
and christmas cheer:drinking1

Maybe they were just excited by santa arriving soon.:goodvibes

That's great news!!! So glad you both are going to be able to join us still :goodvibes :goodvibes

I am sooo excited! This is the best Christmas present ever.

My son sat with his passport for like an hour and wouldn't put it down. Finally he gave it to me for safe-keeping with our cruise paperwork.

THANK YOU so much for all the support and well wishes!!!

Now we know we are definitely coming! I can't wait to meet everyone.

Back to planning!

Wait, back to work :rotfl: :rotfl2:

KEWL deal Peter, will see ya there.

Well, that was short lived!
I had to Give back my Second check!
And I am Reporting for Duty until further notice!

Lets just say, when I went in this Am and told the Stewart on the Job, and a few others.... They started freaking!!!
The Stewart is the Father of my Business Agent!
and a phone call was made! (Hello Union) :lmao:
Hence I'm Back!!!! :rotfl:

I kinda thought listening to the old timer on the Job and doing what he instructed me to do!
Was the right thing to do! ;)

Seems they wanted to take my spot and give it to the Night time foreman, since the Night Crew Did get laid off!

So All in all it was a pretty good Day, You know that kinda day when you go around with a Ship eating grin on your face, laughing all the Way!!!
Making spirits bright! :rotfl2:

So When the end will be, we will see, but all I can say is the job will be completed soon. But I will be there until the end! :rotfl:

So, that Trip may have to wait! We will see.

Maybe, I will take Jenn in May for the other !

Peter

Yeah it’s almost Christmas.

I have three days of Vacation leave that I have to use or loose so I am going to use it this week, so a mini vacation. Hope to get lots of work done on the basement. Have to pick up the cabinets fro the bath today. Frame a wall or two, run some electrical, vent work, etc etc etc ….

We had a little storm blow through yesterday, dropped a little snow and is brining cold temps. So to those of you east of us it is heading your way. Our Christmas will be white for sure.

We will most likely head to Denver tomorrow to go to the Denver Zoo and see the Christmas lights. Have never been but is sounds KEWL….

Be safe and stay warm, never mind the last part if ya live in FL or SOCAL.

Good Evening All....

Happy Winter Solstace:banana:

Doing some baking tonight.....
PeanutButterKissCookie.jpg

Made some fudge too. A bit more kitchen magic tomorrow.

Staying in away from all of the traffic. Passed the mall today. Total gridlock.:scared1:
Hate to think what it will be like tomorrow.

Staying warm too Scott. 50° right now. Will be 30° by morning with flurries.
No White Christmas here. It all melted.

Everyone enjoy the weekend. Be safe and sane.
Time for Snowshoes!:drinking1:love:

Solstice is over and boy are the days ever getting longer. LOL

I guess I should be wishing folks Happy? or Merry? or good? Festivus, But I will stick with MERRY CHRISTMAS to one and all, cause it is the most wonderful time of the year.

Off to the Denver Zoo later today, the weather looks like it should be good.

Be careful and be safe one and all.

Cookies look great.

We went to Lowes yesterday and there was gridlock on the main routenear the mall and wally world, so took the back way.

Merry Christmas Everyone! Edited because I don't read well in the morning LOL

Good Morning One and All.
Oooh. Only 2 more days to :santa:

Solstice is over and boy are the days ever getting longer. LOL
Yep, they will be getting longer, but not necessarily warmer.
Last night the temp was in the lower 50's....this morning it is 25° and windy.

Today will be a lay back day for me. Some baking, some football and relaxing.

Was hoping someone would show "Babes in Toyland", but it doesn't seem to be on the schedule.
