Hi Chris! :wave2:
:welcome: to the Special 5 night Double Dip Bahamian Cruise!! And :welcome: to the DISboards!!

I will have a 14 year old daughter, a 14 year old son, and a 12 year old son that your kids will have to meet. :)

Good morning to everyone else too! We're enjoying a beautiful spring break here in North Alabama. :cool1: Hope everyone else is enjoying good weather too! :sunny:

Hi Jessica!!

Rainy, gray and dismal here today :sad1:

Let's see..what could brighten your day, lot's of work (well, maybe),
Bill's comedy routine in the backseat of the car (probably..lol) and a special slushie (definatley). :lmao: :cool1: :rotfl2:

Hope the sun shines soon up there!

We haven't hit the river since we lived in Wisconsin (canoeing and tubing).

Lot's of fun!

She seems to like it! She always wants in the water.

We hit the water all the time -- Hey! We live in Wisconsin :lmao: :lmao:

We have three kayaks. Started with a double and then got two singles. It's better this way :goodvibes

Hello. Please bear with me as I'm a newbie at all of this (message boards, cruising, etc...). We went ahead and booked 2 rooms (6044 and 6046, connecting verandah rooms) for this cruise. It will be myself (Chris) and wife (Debi), as well as our 5 children (ages at cruise time): DD (13), DS (will be celebrating his 12th), DD (just shy of 10), DS (8), and DS (3.5). We don't know when we are going to spring this on the kids yet, but they have busted me several times lurking on this board. We have learned so much from all of you experts out there and can't wait to meet all of you. We would love to be included on the room tours (although my kids might stow away in the suites, which may not be such a bad idea, as my DW and I need a kid-free vacation :rotfl: ). As of now, we are scheduled for the late seating (8:30). Any other helpful tips on cruising with kids (especially since our youngest is allergic to eggs and wheat), would be greatly appreciated. :thumbsup2

Welcome!!!

DH was surprised I knew how to paddle when I got my single! He thought all I knew how to do in a kayak was sit back and take pictures :lmao:

Just booked 12 days in Grand Cayman...!
That'll hold me over for a while! :thumbsup2
