We are on Donner Pass almost to Sacramento. After this we are headed home. I kindof hope we get stuck home for the 4th so we can oooh and aaah over our little town fireworks. 2 sparklers and a snake!

Did you see the price on these? I saw this weekend that some of them (not the original design, but Cars, Nightmare, Pirates, princess, etc) were on sale for $12.99!!!!

Heythere, Hi there, Ho There-We will be joining all of you on this cruise ! It will be myself(Lisa), DH Kevin, two ages 9 and 13, and age 13. This will be our 3rd time, with our last being two months ago on the Magic. Our oldest daughter has Down Syndrome and I cannot begin to tell you the special treatment she has received while on board. I guess we'll be doing this for many years to come!
Enough of the chatter, I have a question. Does anyone know for sure if we will have pirate night with fireworks on the 5 day??? I sure hope so!

Welcome! I don't know for sure, but they have pirate night on the 3 and 4 night cruises so I don't know why they wouldn't have it on the 5 night.

Thanks for the invite, I'm sure burning palm trees will be more exciting than the sparklers. Our town (Valley Grande, AL) just incorporated as a city a few years ago. Only abou 3000 people live there and they *try* to do stuff up right but sometimes fall short. Selma (closest town) has a fireworks display worth seeing but unfortunately in years past there have been shootings, gang fights, and overall madness. Not getting stuck in the middle of that. I think we can see the fireworks from our back deck, so that's a plus.

Aw, thanks for the invite! We always do a little dance whe we get a preassignment to south florida. Everytime I see the word "Miami" I get SO excited! We'll definitely look ya up if we are that way with a little time.
