What was Petty Enterprises thinking???? Dropping John Andretti for Christian Filittapldi. (I might learn how to spell it. LOL)

I agree that seems like a bad move. Not that Petty enterprises is doing well. John says he wants to stay in Nascar so hopefully he'll get a ride soon.

JMO. I think that over the years John Andretti has never performed well. Why the sudden removing him from the car, I don't know.

It was overdue. The whole Petty team needs overhaul.

Starting with Kyle? I really like Kyle and think his personality adds a lot to the sport but he hasn't been performing like he is capable. I don't know if he has his hands in too many things but it is disapointing to see him consistantly be at the bottom.

Andretti also hasn't done what he is capable of. We will see with Fittapaldi.

The person who needs to get off the track IMHO is Geoffrey Bodine. I keep hoping he will finally run out of money and conections and get out of driving. I didn't see the race today but did he wreck anyone?

I'm glad John is out of the Petty ride, though not by firing him. Everytime John went in the pits, he came out 3 or 4 spots further behind. I hope he gets a good ride, he seems like a really nice guy.
