I hear ya on that one! I just started what I call Bridal Bootcamp to eat right and get in shape. I have about a year and a half so time to get moving! Need to look nice in my disney wedding! Best of luck to all of you too!

When I get sweet cravings I have cheese or something very savory. Sounds weird but it works.
