Speaker Schedule for Marathon Weekend?

Not sure that this is out yet. If it is on the website, I haven't found it. I'd really like to plan on seeing John Bingham if he is going to be there.

Has anyone seen/found a schedule? Maybe it is in the program and I overlooked it?

I looked all over the web and I don't see it released anywhere, BUT

I went on John Bingham's website and he does not have Disney listed as an event but then I went to Coach Jenny's website and she DOES have it listed I always thought they they always tandemed at these things... so I think there is a good chance he'll be there.

Thanks, Kevin! I can't wait to find out for sure. We got to spend a lot of time with John and Jenny at Disneyland 1/2 and I am really looking forward to hearing him talk again. Hopefully, once they post the schedule, someone will post a link.

Susan and I are planning on catching some seminars this Expo. Didn't have time in DL and didn't even think of it back in Jan LOL Can't wait to see everyone there! We're keeping our fingers crossed that the Penguin will be there.

Actually, Tiff, the first time I met him and Coach Jenny, I kind of stalked them (with Howard's encouragement! )and then when I finally caught up with them, I burst into tears and John hugged me and patted my back. He probably showed up at his next speaking engagement with a wet track jacket. My autographed stuffed penguin is a prized possession.

Then, in DL, he hung around after his speaking engagement, I think because it just wasn't that busy, and we and Anne had the chance to chat with him (he autographed our race bibs!) and he remembered me (and my story). What a sweetheart! And he said something really nice, that I should tell my story and keep telling it, as he has told his, because others would be inspired. How amazingly generous was that?

And just think about your story after you finish teh full!!!!! He was absolutely right Cam. You need to shout your story from teh mountain tops!!

Tomorrow I'm off to Honolulu, which is not quite as much fun as it sounds like. I'm there with Team in Training so there will be work to do. But this year, I'm going to TRY to enjoy the beach more than I have in the past.

We'll be doing the holiday stuff and in January I'll be in Orlando [which CAN be cold], then Phoenix, then Miami, so I may dodge the winter bullet for another few weeks.

We gave in and got a treadmill for here in the apartment. It's a pretty good one, but it's still a home unit. It's taken a little getting used to but I have been able to get solid runs in the past two days.

I REALLY have to find out when he is speaking. SO much to plan around that!
