Speadind the cost of Annual Dues

Could anyone tell me if it is possible to spread the cost of annual dues over the year if you are living in the UK. I know it is possible for US citizens. There is something in the back of my mind that makes me think it is not allowed for us Scots.

I believe that there are some members from overseas that open an account at the SunTrust Bank near Downtown Disney. They then setup monthly payments from that account.

Only Florida Residents can purchase WDW APs using a monthly payment plan.

You can pay your dues using a credit card and get rewards or pay montly (but I would suggest to avoid that, the interests are usually high).

You can pose this question over on the UK DVC Discussion forum, and you'll probably get lots of responses. I'm sure a number of people over there use the 'SunTrust Bank' method.
