Spas in WDW

Has anyone used either the Grand Floridian Spa or the Mandara Spa in the Dolphin?

What treatment did you have? How was the experience? Would you recommend it?

I have not been to the Mandara but I have done the GF spa and the SSR spa, which are both owned by the same company.

I think the treatments are okay, there is no wow factor in the facilities themselves. I prefer the SSR spa over the GF spa because is lighter/brighter but the treatments have been equal.

I have had the citrus zest pkg at GF one year and loved it. and last year I had a pedicure and a french manicure at GF and loved it. that being said I haven't tried the others.
