Has anyone here signed up for this free service? I'm just curious what your experience has been--it seems too good to be true. TIA

I would recommend it to anyone to help them keep on track with any healthy goal. (I track water, food, nutrition, exercise, sleep, logging in for support) It is free and I haven't found any catches, so give it a try. I give it many I joined 2-3 wks ago. I really like it. When I spun for my points yesterday it said I won a free sparks t-shirt. It let me pick a size and I'm supposed to get it in 3-4 wks. It gave me the three points besides. Yeah.
They also have communities and teams and pages to make(optional) like myspace. I recently found one of their sister sites babyfit.com for postpartum, pregnancy and preconception dieting.
I'm thinking of switching over to it but haven't gotten it to let me set up eating and fitness plans probably because I'm not pregnant already.
