Sparkling water included in DXDP?

We are heading to WDW on Sunday and will have the deluxe dining plan. My husband enjoys drinking sparkling water when we eat at nice places and we have several signature dining ADR's. Does anyone know if a bottle of sparkling water can count as a non-alchoholic beverage or will we have to pay OOP? If it helps we are eating at California Grill, Artist's Point, Citricos, yachtsman and Brown Durby. TIA

I ordered the sparkling water at Artist's point and was told it wasn't included as my beverage..it was a HUGE bottle. But then the server said that he would count it as 2 beverages. But then the bill came and it wasn't included. There seemed to be a lil conflict with it as if it wasn't supposed to be, so i didn't make a fuss over it.
They did bring us free sparkling wine with a blackberry in it or our anniversary so i wasn't complaining.

Just ask your server...this is probably going to end up another one of those 'it depends' situations.
I do know that club soda is always covered...i often order that because it is always available and always refilled for me....lovely with lime.

When I ordered water at Citricos, the waiter offered me sparkling water. It was a huge green bottle. I didn't drink even a third of it. He knew I was on the DxDDP. I was not charged. He even asked if I wanted to take it with me when I left. Uh no thanks! I'm not walking through the GF with a huge bottle of sparkling water.

According to the reports I've seen it depends entirely on the restaurant as to whether sparkling water will be covered. Sometimes it will be, sometimes it won't. Doesn't matter which plan you are on.
